MOTHER'S DAY SHIPPING OFFER

All orders over $500 will receive free upgraded express shipping for delivery in 2-3 business days. Orders should be placed by 5pm EST on Wednesday, May 9th to receive free shipping. Orders can be placed as late as Friday, May 11th for Saturday 5/12 delivery (Overnight Shipping Charges +$20).

Returns Policy
You may return new items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.  We will pay the return shipping costs for exchanged items, or if the return is a result of our error.   Please note that customized and engraved items may not be returned. You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Insurance is highly encouraged for return shipping items and we advise to always use a shipping method where a tracking number is provided to you for reference. 

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and certain items cannot be shipped to international destinations.  In the case of international orders, the time of delivery depends on your country's custom and postal services.  International customers are responsible for knowing and abiding by all import restrictions to their countries, and for paying an and all fees, taxes, or tariffs induced.***

Your shipping charge will be calculated at checkout when you choose your method of shipping and enter your shipping address.  

Please note that orders placed Monday-Thursday (except holidays) after 12pm EST will be processed the following business day. Orders placed after 12pm EST on Friday-Monday will be processed the following Monday. All orders that are in-stock will be processed and shipped within 72 hours. Orders with expedited shipping must be placed before 12pm EST in order to be shipped that day. 

*Orders for overnight shipping must be submitted Monday through Thursday by 11am EST. Overnight orders placed on Thursday after 11am ET through Friday 11am ET will arrive on Monday. Overnight orders placed on Friday after 11am ET and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday.

All orders are shipped insured, and require a signature unless the customer has requested that no signature be required.
